Through guided creative play, sensual embodiment, and emotional exploration, we allow paint to be a portal to your inner world.
No painting experience is necessary, just an open heart and curiosity.
Depending on each class flow, an extra $10 charge may apply for the materials used in the class, and will be collected at check in.
How to prepare
- No painting experience is needed — come with an open heart and willingness to explore.
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move and paint in (a smock or old shirt is a great idea).
- Bring an extra cushion for your comfort.
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle into the space and ground before we begin.
- This is a screen-free, judgment-free zone — a space for you to soften, feel, and express freely.
